The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry, in which event, the fees will be refunded. Refunds cannot be made otherwise. A credit will be given in case of illness when a doctor's letter is received.

It is the responsibility of the teachers and competitors to enter correct classes.

The festival cannot accept requests for specific dates and times of performances. Efforts will be made to ensure that the festival runs smoothly through scheduling. All teachers will be notified of the date and time of performances.

Competitors must enter own age, or above. Duets and Trios must use age of oldest competitor.

THE FUTURE IS NOW .The future of competition adjudication. Adjudicator comments delivered on DVD. We are one of the first competitions to provide each studio with a complimentary "VIDEO JUDGE" DVD of all their entries. YOU ARE PART OF THIS FUTURE. VIDEO JUDGE IS A VISUAL CONNECTION BETWEEN THE DANCE AND THE ADJUDICATORS' COMMENTS IN REAL TIME. VIDEO JUDGE WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE PORTRAITS AT EACH LOCATION WHICH YOU MAY ARRANGE AND PURCHASE AT EACH COMPETITION.

There will be three sessions daily with breaks between. Courtesy is expected in the building, backstage and onstage. Please help us to abide by the Fire Marshall's Rules. All doorways must be kept clear for safety reasos. The Theatre does not permit gum, food, or drinks in the auditorium Food and drinks may be consumed in designated areas only. No substance of any kind will be allowed on shoes. Cheer to your heart's content after performances. Because of Judges needing to hear Taps and Music, screaming is not allowed from the stage during announcements. Only teachers or their representatives may be backstage.

Age regulationa as of January 1st of the competition year.

All entries must be on an official entry form or copy. Be sure that all information on the form listing each competitors name alphabetically and all classes each person is dancing in is included to facilitate scheduling and earlier notices. Please send entries on time to ensure that each dancer receives a custom Dance Extravaganza Pin. If you use your own forms please send the signed release as well.

Solo forms should be submitted alphabetically.

Each duet, trio, or group entry must be alphabetically listed in numerical order by class together with tape or list of fees. There will be a $50.00 administration fee for any changes requested after the dates listed. The name of the Music should be given for Groups, Lines, and Productions using averaage age as of Jan 1. Only One List in Alphabetical Order of All dancers showing all class numbers each dancer is in is required. We want to be sure of the correct Number of custom Dance Extravaganza Pins required.

Entries must be postmarked not later than JANUARY 12TH 2008.

Please note: Birth Certificates are not required but should the need arise proof of age may be requested.

There will be a $50.00 charge for changes made after the closing date.
